How to undo an eyelash lift
Eyelash lifts are becoming increasingly popular, and the reasons are obvious: They give customers beautifully curved eyelashes for up to eight weeks - with minimal maintenance required. However, despite the best preparation and technology, it can happen that the result does not meet expectations. What to do if an eyelash lift needs to be reversed?
If the lash lift does not turn out as expected
If the lash lift does not turn out as desired and the eyelashes are too curled, we will show you in this article how you can remove the eyelash lift.
Step by step: How to remove the eyelash lift
Start by cleaning and degreasing your eyelashes as usual. We recommend our Lashfresh and a primer for this. Then carefully apply the first lotion superficially with an eyelash brush. It is important that you brush your eyelashes downwards. The exposure time is only about 1 to 2 minutes as the goal is to return the eyelashes to their original shape.
After the exposure time has elapsed, remove lotion 1 and apply lotion 2 to the eyelashes with an eyelash brush. Here too, the exposure time is around 1 to 2 minutes. You will notice that the eyelashes slowly return to their old shape.
Then remove Lotion 2 and care for the eyelashes with our Keratin Boost to care for the eyelashes. The eyelashes should return to their normal state.
Our tip to you
Continuously brush through the lashes, being careful not to curl them. Straight, downward strokes are most effective. Once you've completed the steps above, we recommend waiting at least 3 to 5 weeks before attempting another lash lift. This ensures that the eyelashes are not overused or damaged.
